"Shipping is always super quick"
I’ve ordered from Harney & Sons a few times now, their shipping has been solid every single time. My last order shipped out the next day and showed up way earlier than I expected, which was awesome.
Everything was packed up nicely, and the tracking actually worked the way it’s supposed to, lol. No missing items, no random delays, no drama. I’m definitely happy with them so far.

"Easy 5 Stars for Fresh Tea"
Easy 5 stars from me, mostly because the tea really does taste and smell fresh every time. I’ve ordered from harney.com a few times now, and the quality has been consistent.

The moment I open the tin, the aroma hits right away, and it never smells stale or flat. My last batch even had that strong, fresh scent before I brewed it, which I love. Shipping was fine too, so overall I’m really happy with it...

"Really nice packaging, felt special"
I ordered from harney.com, the packaging was nicer than I expected. Everything was packed really neatly, no dents, no messy tape, nothing weird, and the tea tins looked great as soon as I opened the box.

It just felt like someone actually took a little care with it, you know? Simple, but classy. I’d definitely feel good sending this as a gift too

I’m careful about where I spend my money, especially on tea, but this felt like a fair deal. The price was reasonable and the tea was actually worth it, so I didn’t feel like I was taking a risk or getting ripped off

"Plenty of teas, and I’m picky"
I’ve got specific standards when it comes to tea, and harney.com has been a great place to browse. They have way more options than I expected—black, green, herbal, loose leaf, tea bags, all kinds. I usually go in thinking I’ll just restock one thing, but I always end up finding something new that looks worth trying.

I’ve been really enjoying this tea. To me, it tastes fresh and smooth, with flavors that come through clearly without being overpowering or odd. It’s the kind of tea I don’t have to think twice about, which is probably why I keep reordering it

"Support was a bit disappointing"
I had an issue with my order and it took customer service a few days to reply. When they finally got back to me, the response felt kind of rushed and didn’t really solve the problem. It’s hard to describe, but it just didn’t feel like they were very invested in helping. The tea itself is fine, but the support experience left me a little disappointed.
